These are pretty objective criteria, and GW sculpts aren't just worse, they're objectively bad in significant ways. The other thinks horse knees are cubes.Īlso, one of these riders is properly proportioned. One of these sculptors has seen actual horses, or at least used reference photos.
The Raging Heroes face is obviously better. (The GW face is literally built on a flat plane from cheek to cheek and forehead to chin). The other is a virtually flat board with a nose projecting off it. One of these sculptors knows what a face actually looks like.
(That said, Raging Heroes does make some wow models, but I'm not sure I'd pick the ones I showed).Īnd this is pretty obviously and objectively better than GW sculpts. I think I phrased that as 'easily better than GW', not 'wow'. Err judging from some raging something you considered wow models (which i didnt jump in to say they suck btw, though they kind of suck in my opinion) i am pretty sure we got quite different tastes 8o.
