The land is located at the northwest portion of the intersection of Grant Line Road and SR-99. In February 2017, the United States Department of Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) accepted 36 acres of land into trust for the benefit of the Wilton Rancheria Indian Tribe (Tribe) for the development of a proposed casino resort project in the City of Elk Grove.
